Delivery & Returns

We pride ourselves on our delivery services being reliable and stress free

• We will dispatch your order the same day if you order before 2pm on a working day, or the following day if your order is placed after 2pm (not including weekends and Bank Holidays)

• All orders are sent with fully tracked services from Royal Mail

• Once dispatched, Royal Mail will deliver your parcel in 1 – 2 days (excluding weekends & public holidays)

UK Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 24: £5.00

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been collected from us by Royal Mail

Bank holidays & weekends are not considered as working days.

We offer free delivery for any orders over £50 and the discount is automatically applied at checkout.

International Delivery

Due to changing regulations, we can only dispatch to UK addresses at present.

Returns

We’re happy to accept any returns within 30 days of ordering. Please return your item unused and in its original condition, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase to:

You’ll be responsible for any return postage costs. We recommend you use a tracked for delivery service and will only be able to process returns once items have been received safely.

We don’t offer exchanges. If you’d like to swap an item, please place a new order online.

Items that don’t meet our returns terms and conditions may not be refunded.

Unless ordered items are faulty, we won’t refund any delivery postage costs. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to notify us if your order arrives faulty or damaged.

Personalised or custom items are not eligible to be returned unless faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to notify us of any issues with your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.
