How do I build my own gift box or hamper?

Go to the ‘Build Your Own Hamper or Gift Box‘ page. Here you can choose which size gift box or hamper you would like to buy and select which gifts you would like to include.

How do I add gift wrap to my order?

Follow this link to add gift wrapping to your order and any gifts in your basket will be individually gift wrapped in tissue paper and sent with a personalised gift note so your gift can be sent directly to the recipient.

Or if you’d prefer to send a Hamper, Gift Box or  Build Your Own Hamper or Gift Box there’s an option to add gift wrapping on the individual product pages.

How long does will my order take to be processed?

We will dispatch your order the same day if you order before 2pm on a working day, or the following day if your order is placed after 2pm (not including weekends and Bank Holidays).

Once dispatched, delivery will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 24 and will arrive in 1-2 working days.

 

Can I amend my order after I have completed it?

You can’t amend your order after it’s been placed but you can return any unwanted items and submit a new order.

How do I track my order?

We will dispatch your order within 2 working days. Tracking information will be provided to you once your order has been collected from us by Royal Mail. You can check the status of your delivery on the Royal Mail website once you’ve received your tracking number.

My order tracking states ‘Delivered’ but I cannot find my parcel, what should I do?

In the unlikely event that this occurs, please email your details to hello@dreamsofcornwall.co.uk as we will need to raise an investigation with our courier partner. We aim to resolve any issues as soon as possible but please note this can take up to 28 days for full investigations.

How do I use a promotional discount code?

If you have a discount code you can apply the code at the checkout. 

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return any unwanted goods – these must be returned in original new condition with all tags attached/packaging intact. For further returns information, please visit our Returns page. 

What happens if my goods arrived damaged or faulty?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by email to notify us of any faults or damage.

How long will I have to wait for my refund?

Once your return reaches us, we aim to process returns within 48 hours (excluding bank holidays & weekends). Refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your original payment method – this can be a little longer for international payments. We will send you an email confirmation as soon as we refund your order to keep you updated.

What countries do you deliver to?

At present we can only dispatch to UK addresses by Royal Mail through the website. Please email us if you would like to send your order to an international address and we will advise you of costs and timescales. If you wish to proceed we can arrange this for you.
